2014年4月18日,“2014年霧霾立體(ti)監(jian)測(ce)與預(yu)警(jing)應用學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術研(yan)討會(hui)”在(zai)太湖明珠——無錫召(zhao)開。本次(ci)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術研(yan)討會(hui)由國家環(huan)境(jing)光學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)監(jian)測(ce)儀(yi)器(qi)工程技術中(zhong)心(xin)、中(zhong)國儀(yi)器(qi)儀(yi)表(biao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)會(hui)環(huan)境(jing)與安(an)全檢(jian)測(ce)儀(yi)器(qi)分(fen)會(hui)聯合主辦,中(zhong)科(ke)院安(an)徽光學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)精(jing)密機械(xie)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)、無錫中(zhong)科(ke)光電技術有限(xian)公司承辦。來自中(zhong)國環(huan)境(jing)監(jian)測(ce)總(zong)站(zhan)、中(zhong)國氣(qi)(qi)象(xiang)局、中(zhong)國環(huan)境(jing)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院、北京大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、復旦大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、南(nan)京信息工程大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、暨南(nan)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)國科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院大(da)氣(qi)(qi)物理研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)、遙感與數字地球研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)、城市環(huan)境(jing)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所(suo)、多地省市環(huan)境(jing)監(jian)測(ce)站(zhan)及氣(qi)(qi)象(xiang)局業(ye)務(wu)部門的兩百余位專(zhuan)家學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)者參加了本次(ci)研(yan)討會(hui)。
與(yu)會專家學者(zhe)共同研討了(le)當前霧霾立體監(jian)測與(yu)預(yu)(yu)警(jing)面臨(lin)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)任務(wu)、新(xin)(xin)問題(ti)、新(xin)(xin)機遇;交流了(le)該領域的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)(xin)裝(zhuang)備、新(xin)(xin)進(jin)展。圍繞霧霾監(jian)測與(yu)預(yu)(yu)警(jing)的(de)(de)發(fa)展需求及質量(liang)控制、標準體系(xi)現(xian)狀與(yu)進(jin)展,厘(li)清了(le)我國(guo)霧霾立體監(jian)測技(ji)(ji)術(shu)與(yu)應用(yong)在技(ji)(ji)術(shu)路線、重點產品、質量(liang)控制、標準建設未來(lai)發(fa)展的(de)(de)方向(xiang)和策略(lve),以促進(jin)環境監(jian)測技(ji)(ji)術(shu)對環境管理的(de)(de)支(zhi)撐作(zuo)用(yong)和產業發(fa)展。
