MiniStation-2100小型水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)動(dong)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)系(xi)(xi)統,具有占地面(mian)積4~10平(ping)(ping)方米系(xi)(xi)列標準站(zhan)(zhan)房,安(an)裝(zhuang)靈(ling)活,監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)參(can)數(shu)可定(ding)制(zhi)(zhi),適用(yong)于不同(tong)應(ying)用(yong)場景。 方案背景 隨著生態環境(jing)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)網絡的(de)發展和(he)水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)網格(ge)化(hua)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)推廣,水(shui)環境(jing)自(zi)動(dong)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)站(zhan)(zhan)需要進行更密集的(de)布點(dian),以滿足污染溯源、水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)預警、河長考核等(deng)大數(shu)據(ju)應(ying)用(yong)需求。常規水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)動(dong)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)站(zhan)(zhan)占地面(mian)積大、基(ji)建(jian)投入高,難以適應(ying)環境(jing)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)新形(xing)勢下(xia)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)需求。 為此,聚光科技(杭州)股(gu)份有限公司結合多年水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)在線監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)裝(zhuang)備研發和(he)集成經驗,推出(chu) MiniStation-2100系(xi)(xi)列水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)自(zi)動(dong)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)系(xi)(xi)統。該系(xi)(xi)統具有占地面(mian)積4~10平(ping)(ping)方米系(xi)(xi)列站(zhan)(zhan)房,安(an)裝(zhuang)靈(ling)活,監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)參(can)數(shu)可定(ding)制(zhi)(zhi),適用(yong)于不同(tong)應(ying)用(yong)場景。


為滿足湖泊、水庫,及河口等水體水質的自動監測和安全保障應用需求,聚光科技(杭州)股份有限公司結合多年水質在線監測系統研發和集成經驗,研制推出了MBoat-3000型浮船式水質自動監測系統。MBoat-3000型浮船式水質自動監測系統采用太陽能供電,集成國標法高錳酸鹽指數、氨氮、總磷、總氮分析儀、水質多參數水質分析儀(pH、溶解氧、濁度、溫度、葉綠素A、藻密度等),同時可并可根據現場應用靈活配置監測指標。系統采用太陽能供電,可保證連續陰雨天情況下系統穩定運行15天以上。同時,水質監測浮船配有視頻監控裝置,可遠程實時對浮船工作狀況進行監控。

針對我國當(dang)前地表水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、飲(yin)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源揮(hui)發(fa)性有機(ji)物(VOCs)在(zai)(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)監(jian)(jian)測需求,聚光科技自(zi)主研發(fa)了VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮(hui)發(fa)性有機(ji)物在(zai)(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)監(jian)(jian)測系(xi)統。VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮(hui)發(fa)性有機(ji)物在(zai)(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)監(jian)(jian)測系(xi)統集自(zi)動進樣、吹(chui)掃、富集、解(jie)(jie)吸、色譜(pu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離和數據處(chu)理于一體(ti),可無(wu)人監(jian)(jian)守(shou)下連續運(yun)行(xing),準確測量水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs濃度,實時(shi)遠程(cheng)傳輸測量結果,實現水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)體(ti)VOCs污染程(cheng)度的監(jian)(jian)測與預警。 系(xi)統原理 系(xi)統將(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)樣采集并加熱送入(ru)吹(chui)掃裝置(zhi)內,然后(hou)向吹(chui)掃罐中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通入(ru)惰性氣(qi)體(ti),將(jiang)待測水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)樣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)吹(chui)出,通過除(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)去除(chu)吹(chui)脫混合氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)(fen),再(zai)將(jiang)除(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)后(hou)的VOCs組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)在(zai)(zai)(zai)捕集阱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)進行(xing)富集,最后(hou)啟動加熱解(jie)(jie)吸,通過載氣(qi)將(jiang)解(jie)(jie)吸后(hou)的VOCs組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)帶(dai)入(ru)色譜(pu)進行(xing)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離分(fen)(fen)(fen)析,獲得(de)各組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)濃度。
