針(zhen)對我國當前地(di)表水(shui)(shui)、飲用水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)揮發(fa)(fa)性(xing)有(you)(you)機物(VOCs)在(zai)線(xian)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)需(xu)求,聚光科技自(zi)主研發(fa)(fa)了VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮發(fa)(fa)性(xing)有(you)(you)機物在(zai)線(xian)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮發(fa)(fa)性(xing)有(you)(you)機物在(zai)線(xian)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)集自(zi)動進樣、吹掃、富(fu)(fu)集、解吸(xi)(xi)、色譜分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離和(he)數據處(chu)理于一體,可無人監(jian)守下連續運行,準確測(ce)(ce)量水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs濃度,實(shi)(shi)時遠(yuan)程傳輸(shu)測(ce)(ce)量結果,實(shi)(shi)現水(shui)(shui)體VOCs污染程度的(de)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)與預警。 系(xi)統(tong)(tong)原理 系(xi)統(tong)(tong)將水(shui)(shui)樣采集并(bing)加熱送入吹掃裝(zhuang)置(zhi)內,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)向吹掃罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通(tong)入惰性(xing)氣(qi)體,將待測(ce)(ce)水(shui)(shui)樣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs組分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)吹出,通(tong)過除水(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)去除吹脫混合氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),再將除水(shui)(shui)后(hou)(hou)的(de)VOCs組分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)在(zai)捕集阱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)進行富(fu)(fu)集,最后(hou)(hou)啟動加熱解吸(xi)(xi),通(tong)過載氣(qi)將解吸(xi)(xi)后(hou)(hou)的(de)VOCs組分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)帶入色譜進行分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)析,獲得(de)各(ge)組分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)濃度。

● 水樣采集管、吹掃腔和有機物收集管具有自動清潔功能,系統記憶效應小。
● 復合填料捕集阱,捕集效率高,捕集種類多,靈敏度高,單次檢測組分多;
● 直熱加熱解吸技術,升溫快,避免熱脫附引入的峰展寬,色譜分離效果好;
● FID檢測器具有自動點火功能,火焰熄滅后檢測器自動切斷氫氣,安全可靠;
● 系統支持單次、定時、周期等多種測量模式,可根據現場應用需求靈活設定;
● 所使用氣體均采用鋼瓶壓縮氣,無需氣體發生裝置,系統簡單,安裝便捷;
